Overseers meetings The Board of Overseers is a three member board comprised of resident and non-resident legal voters of Lucerne. They meet on the first Tuesday of the month at 7 pm to transact the Village's monthly business. Agendas are posted at least 7 days in advance of the meeting at the Lucerne Fire Station, the Dedham Town office, at the Village office. The minutes are posted on the website after they have been approved at the next Overseer's meeting.
