The Dedham/Lucerne Fire Department is looking for people to grow our staff. With the increasing demands in our department and community, coupled with the decline of the “on call” roster, we are moving to 24-hour shift schedule. We are now hiring FF/EMT's to grow our Per-diem staff.
We have a lot happening, and call volume is increasing. We have a great staff, great town, and wonderful community support. Great facilities, along with modern and up to date apparatus/equipment. We have new Holmatro extrication equipment that was recently been put into service. Early this summer we are expecting to break ground on a new station expansion. Next year we are expecting delivery of our new Medium Duty Rescue Truck that is currently on order.
