Subdivision Permit

This permit is required for anyone intending to develop or divide one lot or structure into three (3) or more lots or units in any five (5) year period. A division may be accomplished by sale, lease, development, construction, or otherwise. Applications are available from the Code Enforcement Officer and approval must be obtained from the Planning Board. A fee is charged. A copy of this ordinance is available at the Town Office for a cost of $15.
